As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Working within a dynamic Quality Assurance team, you will implement processes, manage compliance, and collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

• Implement and maintain QA systems to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards 

• Review food safety audits, manage corrective action reports, and ensure adherence to company and external regulations

• Conduct technical investigations, analyze product and supplier trends, and recommend process and quality improvements

• Collaborate with suppliers, internal cross-functional teams, and regulatory authorities on technical, sensory, and compliance matters

• Support direct leadership by monitoring legislative updates, assisting with team training, and providing seamless coverage for team members

• Bachelor’s degree in preferably Food Engineering or Quality Management or other related Engineering field

• Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or product investigation in a commercial/manufacturing setting

• Fluent professional English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in office productivity suites and basic data analytics tools

• Analytical mindset capable of investigating root causes

• Ability to prioritize issues based on operational and financial impact

• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-level and external collaboration

• Aptitude for following standard procedures while driving improvement
