In this high-impact finance role, you will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership at the intersection of FP&A, business strategy, and finance transformation. You will take ownership of strategic analysis and executive decision-making to actively drive financial transparency and organizational performance.

CFO & Executive Support

• Provide direct support to the CFO on strategic, analytical and transformation-related topics
• Act as a trusted analytical partner to the CFO and senior leadership team
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, board-level discussions, and strategic decision-making
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, productivity, profitability, and strategic initiatives
• Support executive communication through clear storytelling, presentations, and data-driven insights
• Contribute analytical insights and recommendations to executive-level decision-making

Financial Strategy & Business Performance Analysis

• Perform ad hoc and recurring financial analyses to support the CFO and senior leadership in strategic decision-making
• Analyze business performance, key value drivers, risks, and strategic opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and FP&A activities
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations
• Develop executive dashboards, business cases, and management presentations
• Identify opportunities for business growth, profitability improvement, and performance optimization

Finance Transformation & Strategic Projects

• Support finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, automation, AI, and digitalization projects
• Participate in cross-functional strategic projects and business improvement initiatives
• Develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities, transformation programs, and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate transformation activities into measurable business value
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities across finance processes and performance management practices
• Support M&A-related activities, including financial evaluation, business case development, due diligence, and integration planning, where applicable

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business performance management, strategic finance or a similar analytical role
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong growth mindset and aspiration for future leadership responsibilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across different organizational levels
• Experience creating executive presentations and communicating complex topics to senior management
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI, reporting, automation, or AI-related tools is an advantage
